CUSTOMER CARE
We guarantee that every hand-decanted perfume is authentic and unadulterated in any way. We NEVER sell fakes, copies, dupes, or diluted products. We hand decant each fragrance as we fill an order from the manufacturer's original bottle. While we can guarantee that your fragrance is authentic, we cannot guarantee that you will like it. Due to the personal nature of cosmetic items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds. All sales are final.
TRACKING ORDERS
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible! A shipping tracking number is generated when a shipping label is printed. This is done prior to decanting the samples. We cannot make any order changes after a shipping label has been printed and the decanting process has begun. Your package will generally be in the mail within 24 Hours of a shipping label being printed. We will send you an email letting you know that your order is being shipped along with tracking information. The cost of your order will be listed on your shipping confirmation email. You can also log into your account at any time to see the status (including payment and shipping status) of all of your orders. Please note that if you receive a shipping notice over the weekend, it means that your package will be going into the mail the next day the Post Office is open.
