STEP 1
When you place your order, you can confidently make a payment through Wix Payments or PayPal, both of which are highly trusted credit processors. Upon successful payment, we receive a confirmation email containing your order details. This process ensures a secure, clear, and straightforward shopping experience for you.
STEP 2
To ensure accuracy in fulfilling your order, we print out a packing slip that lists all your requested items. This slip is included in your final package. Our team meticulously double-checks each order, whether it contains infused-lotion or multiple products, to guarantee that everything is correct and meets your expectations.
STEP 3
Our team carefully hand-decants your fragrances directly from their authentic original bottles. To ensure precision, we follow the guideline that 10 sprays equal 1 ml. We then spray the exact amount of fragrance you purchased from the original bottle, providing you with an accurate and authentic scent experience. You may observe that some bottles seem greasy, oily, or as if they've leaked. However, please be assured that this is not the case. Rather, it's an indication of authentic decanting, transferred directly from the original bottle into your unique glass atomizer.
STEP 4
To guarantee that each bottle contains the correct amount, we carefully weigh them after filling. Due to variations in atomizer spray output, some bottles may require additional filling, while others may seem fuller. STEP 5
With great attention to detail, we wrap each product in bubble wrap and place it inside a secure zip lock bag. For enhanced protection during shipping, we then package the items in a 6 x 11 bubble-wrapped mailer, ensuring your fragrances arrive in perfect condition.

Once your package is prepared, we weigh it, generate a shipping label, and promptly send you a tracking number. Your order is dropped off at the post office the next business day, beginning its journey to you. Within 3 to 7 business days, you'll receive your carefully curated fragrances.
