We absolutely guarantee that the decant of fragrance from LOVH Fragrances is genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer's bottle and decanted by hand. You may observe that some bottles seem greasy, oily, or as if they've leaked. However, please be assured that this is not the case. Rather, it's an indication of authentic decanting, transferred directly from the original bottle into your unique glass atomizer. We meticulously check each decant three times before it's bubble-wrapped, bagged, and shipped to you.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it; you may even hate it. Therefore, once you have opened the product and used it, it cannot be returned for a refund. 

 

We carefully wrap all packages so your purchase will arrive safely. If your bottle has arrived broken for leaked, please snap a photo and e-mail the photo and order number to us with a note stating which bottle was damaged.

 

We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us the day its arrives if there is a problem.
