Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it; you may even hate it. Therefore, once you have opened the product and used it, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Each product is meticulously wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a secure bag before being packaged in a 6 x 11 bubble-wrapped mailer for added protection.

We ship with USPS First-Class and provide tracking information, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Shop with confidence, knowing that your purchase is in good hands. You may observe that some bottles seem greasy, oily, or as if they've leaked. However, please be assured that this is not the case. Rather, it's an indication of authentic decanting, transferred directly from the original bottle into your unique glass atomizer. We meticulously check each decant three times before it's bubble-wrapped, bagged, and shipped to you.
